Zbigniew Nowicki

Since 1998 J have worked at the Academy of Fine Arts In Lodz in Poland. Currently J am Professor of the Studio of Image Semantics at the Faculty of Painting and Drawing.
J express myself in painting, drawing, video, all types of texts and music (A leader of the TYBET UNDERGROUND, YES and GOD ANIMALS).

J studied at the Visual Arts Faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz in Poland. J defended my diploma on painting in 1997, and the doctoral thesis titled “Mandala of Gods – a Collection of Painting Works Inspired by the Pop Culture Iconography” at the Lodz Academy of Fine Arts In Lodz in 2003. In 2012 J recived the degree of associate professor in Lodz Academy for the cycle of works “ALIEN – Between One Discourse and the Other”.

J took part in ten individual and several dozen group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, among others: “ International Young Art 2000” in Tel Aviv, Chicago, Vienna.
