Jack Widmann resides just outside his hometown of Puyallup, WA and makes a living working alongside the community youth through public education. He graduated from Puyallup High School in 1995, received his BA from Central Washington University in 2000, his MA in Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley University in 2003, and administrative credentials from City University in 2005. A creative soul all his life, Jack officially entered the art scene in October of 2009 as the featured artist for the PMSA's Art & Wine Walk, showcasing his piece 'I Am Saved'. He was also the subject of a Tacoma News Tribune article and a Puyallup Connections article in the beginning of 2010 for the same featured piece. He looks to create and offer conversational art that interprets, engages, embraces, and inspires hope within.
Jack is a devoted husband to Crystal and father to Jacklyn and Bryan. While he enjoys working with ink and charcoal drawings, he is not afraid to try other mediums and constantly strives to inspire, reflect, and provide conversation with his art.
