Willy Buitenwerf

I have combined my painting with a full time engagement after I completed the Academy of Modern Arts in Groningen. This challenges me to make choices and work effectively. I consider this a synergy. I'm interested in the technical and conceptual aspects of problem solving dealing with composition, form, color and balance. Painting, sketching and photography are different media but I use it in the same way based on observing a what's around me.
