Lucie Madajova

I am an Artist who loves the life full of colour's.

I was born in a picturesque Moravian-Silesian region of the Czech Republic, a small village called Lučina, which lays within the foothills of the Beskid Mountains.

Since Childhood I was artistically talented but I never believed that one day my Art could be my career. My parents and teacher tried to convinced me to join an Art School and yet, believing my future wasn't going to be in art, I rejected their opinions.

However, one never knows their future. Life is like a small river flowing into the spectacular ocean of inner knowledge.

After working in Prague for a few years I decided to travel abroad and widen my experiences. I packed my suitcase and stepped into Britain. My heart sent me into the historical Oxford city which brings me the fantasies of the creative thinker. After settling in and learning the language I have started actively painting again. I found my own technique of capturing a scene and transferring the essence I feel upon the canvas.
