Yin Lee

I was born in China and immigrated to Australia in 2002. I lived and worked in Shanghai, Singapore, and London, now I have returned to Sydney permanently.
I believe art has healing power and I want to create beauty through my art.
I draw inspiration from what I see in real life and the ancient oriental spirituality. My current theme is exotic flower in an abstract surreal setting. To me, flowers represent the ultimate fragile beauty and shear determination in life. Through their immediate presence I can see the eternal existence, however short their blossom last.
