Zara Faisal

I mostly paint ,horses, portraits of women and landscape.I am excited by history and how things are in present.
In my portraits, I try to present women of grace with her potential to converge herself with an emotion of contentment. Always hoping to create a feel between my painting and the public.
In the creative process, I use oil paints to make spots spirals and leaves in different sizes, applying them with brush or knife onto the canvas, eager to express space and volume.My work is a contemporary expression inspired by my culture .

I create my own artistic universe with horses, they tell stories of inner life, there are some surreal painting which convey a general message of an individual and his surrounding ,I hope that people will see a connection to their own life.

In my works I explore the essence of what surrounds me.
To express what I sense beneath the surface I feel drawn to different materials and a range of colours, which I apply in different layers on my canvases and papers, If you feel connected to my painting or any emotion emerges when looking at my paintings, my goal is achieved! "The beauty is in the eye of beholder" has always been the guideline of my work.
