I was born in Slovakia (former Czechoslovakia) and I came to United States as a political refugee.
I studied Wood Carving at School of Fine Arts, Bratislava, Slovakia (1968 - 1972)
Figure sculpture at Academy of Fine Arts, Bratislava (M.F.A. in sculpture, 1979)
In 1978 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Rome, Italy (Prof. Lorenzo Guerrini)
