Zoe Mendez

I am a young artist, self taught, who comes from the poorest sectors of Venezuelan society. My interest in being an artist started with a university career that I started in the social sciences.
After several attempts in my internal search, I decided to express it in social experiences through painting. where the viewer can get involved with the work of art.
My works seek to express two things, on the one hand, the beauty of the landscape (one that everyone can not see), and on the other hand, urban experiences. For me, my work is an expression of urban art, with all its beautiful defects.
On the other hand, in spite of being a self-taught artist, I received several courses and workshops that allowed me to get better involved in art
