Zumi Rash

Zumi Rash was born on April 5, 1991, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, into a family of two accomplished painters. From an early age, she displayed a deep interest in the arts, particularly in literature and music. This passion gradually expanded into fine art, and by the age of twelve, she began experimenting with her first canvas. However, her artistic journey took a more serious turn in 2007 when she began studying under her first mentor, Anvar Alimdzhanovich Mamadzhanov, from whom she gained deeper insights into the craft of painting.



In 2008, Zumi Rash enrolled at the Republican Art College, named after P.P. Benkov, where she joined the painting department under the guidance of Mirzakhmedov Khakim Karimovich. She completed her studies at the college in 2010 and subsequently entered the National University of Uzbekistan. There, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Applied Arts in 2014.



Her academic journey did not end there; she continued her studies at the National Institute of Arts and Design, where she obtained a Master's degree in Fine and Applied Arts after two additional years of study.
