Sim Lynn

Since young, I have a strong passion in arts. I love to draw and doodle in school. Art is my favorite subject. I was often encouraged by teachers to develop my potential in arts. I pursued a Bachelor Degree in Arts from Curtin University of Technology. But sadly, it is a dream left untouched.

After working in the corporate world for 10 years as marketing and communications manager and as a flight stewardess, I decided to call it quits. I felt life hold greater meanings besides pursuing material goals. I seek for an answer to true happiness and I finally found what I wanted. I wanted to pursue my dream, a long lost dream. I am fortunate that I am given the opportunity to seek what I have lost.

Arts is often deem as a road less traveled in today’s context, especially in Singapore. I would not have taken this leap without the encouragements from family and friends. - SIM L.E.
