Christopher Alberico

A native to Southern California and currently residing in West Hollywood; I am an abstract artist working primarily in the acrylic, oil, charcoal, aerosol and mixed mediums. I discovered my love of painting after meeting a prominent LA based street artist and purchasing a piece of his work. So, never having received any formal art training, I purchased paints & brushes and began my training of trial and error. Like many, the Covid pandemic changed the trajectory of my life and led to a career change. After working in health and fitness for over a decade, when the world shut down, I threw myself into creating my art. Common themes within my work include duality, movement, and emotion, along with often incorporating pop culture and political themes.
