Each time I pick up my instrument to create, I am aware that my simple craft has become one of my greatest teachers. As I put pencil to paper, I am challenged to do it impeccably. And to do that, I need to be fully present to THIS specific stroke......and then I need to be fully present to the next stroke......and then next......until the thousands of strokes converge to create the images before you.
