Ana Chaveros is an Argentine visual artist whose practice explores the relationship between memory, absence, and material presence.
She constructs layered surfaces that function as fields of tension between what emerges and what recedes. Rather than depicting specific places or narratives, her paintings evoke states of perception where traces, fragments, and remnants become carriers of meaning.
Her restrained palette and emphasis on texture reflect an interest in time as a material force.
