The main source of inspiration for my art are the kingdoms of plants and animals as well as the quality of the relationship between humanity and nature.
Images/characters that fill my canvas are metamorphic and imaginary. The presence of mythical creatures in literature, film and visual arts in general is, in my opinion, an indicator and criteria of spirituality, kinship between humans and wildlife. The disappearance of such characters from art can mean the transformation of the relationship between modern people and nature in a more pragmatic direction, sometimes exclusively consumer-oriented or in the worst case - destructive.
Whether there is a connection between the disappearance of imaginary and mythical characters and the disappearance of animals in the real world, and whether it would be ever possible to return romance in the relationship between humans and nature - this is my main contemplation during the creation of my paintings.
Panels are made of synthetic and natural fabrics, with a sewing-attach method, burning, and custom printing on fabric. When creating paintings I often use the manufactory, print fabrics which, in my opinion, are as close to real colors of animal or plant world.
Through transparent fabrics I try to achieve the effect of ephemerality, elusiveness of the image and to transmit laminate of landscapes.
