Kelvin Mangundayao

Kelvin S.M. is a poet blogger & a hobbyist photographer who is passionate about capturing poetry in all forms. Some of his poetry writings have previously appeared in few international anthologies online & in print. Kelvin's growing interest in photography is a new investment for him to further his poetics. Today, he advocates "Selective Color Photography" in editing most of his photographs despite the stereotypical aura of the technique being cliché &/or amateurish for many. He believes that a "cliché" technique in photography will only become cliché if applied to a cliché photograph that is shot in a cliché angle & perspectives. His works range from a variety of themes & concepts channeling his poetics, from abstraction to minimalism, from expressionism to impressionism, realism, social commentary, & more.

When he is not writing he enjoys: the company of the forests, chirping of birds, dancing of the clouds, hunting book sales, laughter of a friend, & photographing random poetic concepts.
