Nellya Odinokova

I was born and raised in the Soviet Union, now I live in Ukraine.
My art opens the veil of my inner world and I want to invite the audience to reflect on the transformation of the inner world of man in the realities of modern life.
My perception is cramped within the flat manifestations of life. Hence, my work is clearly marked by a desire for volume through the exploration of relief textures, generous strokes and expressive forms.
I am inspired by the search for compatibility between different materials and the desire to bring these materials together in a single work.

I studied textile design and construction. I graduated from the All-Union Institute of Textile Industry (Moscow)

For many years participated in open exhibitions and sales (Artists' Alley, the city of Dnipro), presenting as her painting, as well as paintings from other materials, leather and textiles.
My works are in private collections in many countries around the world.
