I was born and raised in Hong Kong, currently living and working in NYC. Prior to moving to the continent of United States, I was living on the Pacific island of Guam. The experience of traveling and living in different cultural spaces have deeply influenced my creative practices. My work expresses our longing for a sense of home and transforms the architectural sensibility into meditation. I use mixed media and recycled cardboard for painting and sculpting. It is the process of connecting materials and emotional values in my artwork that satisfies me the most.
