French artist Laurence Jenkell lives and works in the south of France, where she has been creating medium defying sculptures since the 1990s. Implementing her signature 'wrapping' technique, Jenkell creates larger than life works in vibrant colors of varied sizes and mediums. Jenkell’s sculptures have been commissioned by internationally recognized companies and foundations such as Coca-Cola, the Chanel Foundation and the International Olympic Committee and form part of universally renowned private and public collections. Her works have been exhibited in more than 25 countries and are on permanent display in collections including the Bouygues Foundation, the Bettencourt-Schueller Foundation, and the Tel Aviv Museum. Jenkell made her American debut with a public exhibition in the Garment District in New York along Broadway between 36th Street and 39th Street in 2018 followed by a «Candy Nations Exhibit» on World Trade Center campus, including One World Observatory/West Plaza, Liberty Park, Oculus Plaza, the West Concourse, and the Tower 2 Plaza.
