Louise Zjawin Francke

In 2019, I started to develop computer ideas which I could translate into paintings on silk. The silk paintings themselves are labor intensive but I enjoy tremendously learning new techniques and the producing something beautiful to the eye and touch. While working on these beautiful computer ideas, I decided that they too could adorn someone’s wall. My abstracts, whether computer art or earlier watercolors, are usually based on the familiar. It could evoke the environment or just a feeling.
