Laura Nothern (American, b.1969) is a contemporary classical painter with modernist roots and a dash of magical realism.
*University of Nebraska at Lincoln, BFA(1994) w/ emphasis in drawing & painting.
*Studio Escalier, France (2011-2014) studied classical painting & drawing from life and the masterworks of the Musée du Louvre -most notably extensive studies from the paintings of Peter Paul Rubens.
Ms Nothern has been exhibiting & selling her paintings both privately and in US galleries since 1996.
Her work can be found in private collections internationally.
