Margarida Basaloco

I was born in 1962 in Porto (Portugal) and i have an intense life of emotions and artistic experiences since the plastic arts to poetry and the singing.
I was a mentor and curator of painting exhibitions from 2007 to 2013 at Quinta Espirito Santo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
I love give "wings" to my creativity and try new materials and techniques.
My work are essentially based on shapes, textures and reliefs, pasted directly spatula on canvas, paper or wood creating a visual and tactile interaction with the people because i think the art should be accessible to all.
My job focalize essentially the nature and the feelings & emotions.
After the pandemic, my work has focused on the human figure & the erotism
