Food is an essential component in all of my work. From something as basic as food, manufactured or not, I starkly show how developed and developing societies are continual conflicts and changes. This social anthropological study debunks myths, sometimes brutal, sometimes simply curiously, through paintings, photographs, videos, installations, prints another techniques.
I believe that the food more effectively dissolves preconceived distinctions between nature and culture, production and consumption and market morality, family and society, individual and collective, body and mind. Food has become a strong theme / political object because of its ability to make connections and to make sense.
