Penelope Milner

Since a young age I have been inspired to explore the visual possibitities which surround me. Portraiture was an early passion and I have worked on comissions in London, Paris and Atlanta USA. Increasingly I'm discovering the delight of working in situ on landscape and village scenes. Light is always the dominant excitement which draws me to a subject. I currently open my studio/gallery in Cazals 46250 to the public.
