As a veteran (US Navy, Vietnam) and a seasoned artist for 30 years, I treasure the ability to create works of art that evoke the senses of calm and reflection. My latest creation, a series known as "Vibrant Nature & Universe Sensations", celebrates nature and its grace. I work in a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolors, and pastels, and my art style is diverse, ranging from traditional to contemporary, abstract, and figurative. I often combine my skills in medical illustration and art cosmic textures. My art education journey began at the age of seven and continued with studies at the Art Center College of Design and a drafting process during my tour of duty in the US Navy. I am honored to have won first place in the Western Region VA Arts Competition for five years and to have been invited by the Los Angeles City Hall to display art within the Mayor's office for three years. My experience in interior design and the coordination of outdoor and special exhibitions sets me apart, showcasing my versatility and commitment to the art world.
