Rocha Maia

Born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in 1947, the artist fixed in naf his painting style. Self-taught person prefers the daily Brazilian as thematic of its works. In last the 30 years he leaves in Brasilia, where he mounted the Atelier Golden Light together with its wife, also plastic artist H. KazuMaia. Registered in cadastre as Professional Artist in the DF - n. 044/CAPP - 20/08/2000

"Rocha Maia has the blue atelier in one porch, where it is possible to see the sun rising. Rocha Maia, histories teller, mixes festive sultry weather to the street urchins of the country, with vibrant yellows, sea spots, skies and black trees, suspicion tramp streets .
