Sarika Dandona, is an Abstract & Fine Art Photographer, and winner of several awards at the prestigious Prix De La Photographie (PX3), Paris and the International Loupe Awards, Australia (earlier the International Aperture Awards). She was a gallery artist with the Egg Art Studio, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi from 2016-17. Her work has also been exhibited as part of group shows in Time Square, New York City, Saatchi Gallery, London and NCR Delhi including Museo Camera, Egg Art Studio, Wonderwall and Arpana Caur Academy of Fine Arts.
She has been earlier showcased by Smart Photography and Better Photography, the two leading photography and imaging magazines in India. Sarika’s work has also been commissioned by Penguin Books India for the cover of the book titled, “What Really Happened”, by author, Banaphool (Arunava Sinha Tr).
Her signature style is to delve deep into her subjects and draw out surreal yet intricate abstractions from a fusion of colours, shapes, contours, textures, materials and nature.
