About Sophie Douglas

Having lived and worked in London for many years, I moved to East Sussex in 2014 with my family. I now live and work in a cottage surrounded by flowers, views and friends. I run community art events with The Little Arts Group. In 2017 I started The Arts School.

My work takes many forms based on themes of re addressing past work, environment, and self reflection. I enjoys collaborations, discussion and has a performative practise.

I predominantly produces paintings, digital and handmade prints, and photographs.

I run The Arts School ( teaching my passion, getting people drawing, painting, using art for wellbeing, and developing their own styles.
