Abigail Frank

Abigail Frank is an Atlanta-based artist whose paintings and drawings explore the colors and organic forms found in nature. She received her BFA from Boston University and began her career in Boston, where she lived and worked for several years before relocating to the South.

Inspired by close observation of the natural world, Abigail’s work captures the rhythms, textures, and shifting colors of botanical forms. Her recent paintings and drawings draw from the flora in her own garden, translating everyday encounters with nature into expressive studies of color, shape, and composition.

Abigail has exhibited her work throughout New England, the Midwest, and the Southeast, and her work is held in private collections across the country. In 2016, she received a scholarship to attend an artist residency at the Vermont Studio Center. In addition to her studio practice, she serves as Director of Client Services at TurningArt, an art consultancy.
