Moved from Puerto Rico to Bronx New York ., Previously graduate from H.S. in the island of P.R. Then , Moved to the Bronx Area in N.Y. City. Being from a poor P.R. family my youth was very hard . Family w/ Little education having to feed 9 children, was very hard on my parents. So a school of fine arts in my case was more like forget about it jack! What to do? GOD gave you brains, so use that part of it. okay! Hit the local Libraries and get to know about artist that made it before you. While working in the garment center of N.Y. I find out that the city pay lifeguards more than delivery guys, so I became a Lifeguard!. Its hard to tell my life story with the space allowed, so time to condense my quest. After working for the city for 20 Years., Then went out west and worked as a commercial artist painting signs to eat regularly. Now retired Living in Florida hope to go back to continued my career as an artist. I know that my story is a little bit simple but that's life! sorry!

Self Taught is an under stamen but I survived ok.
