Hyoji Lee

B. 1978 Seoul, South Korea.
Move to North America in 2002, since then lived variety cities in Canada and US, studied and worked in Animation industry. She Worked on many projects-such as "My little ponies" as an preproduction artist, mainly color styling.
After 16 years of lives in North America, she wants to worked on her own projects and started new journey.

Artist Statement
In the fast-paced rhythm of modern urban life, people inevitably experience stress and seek healing in their own ways. Sometimes, even the effort to rest requires additional planning and time, which can itself become another source of pressure. For me, one of the most meaningful forms of healing is experiencing nature.

When I began my life as an artist, I developed an interest in gardening. As I observed the small flowers I grew through each changing season, I felt myself drawing closer to nature, and through that closeness, I experienced emotional restoration. I was fascinated by how each flower carried its own delicately refined design and unique palette of colors. Gradually, I found myself appreciating even the trees and grass along the streets, marveling at their transformations and vitality.
