Anna Churiukina is an artist opening new facets in realistic painting.
Her artistic career is the soul-searching, the search for the most kindred art. Before the graphic arts, those were dances, poetry, education in the field of designing… The study in A. Sheretov private school opened for her the world of the much-loved painting.
Her paintings are the bright, cheerful and unique fusion of impressionism and post-impressionism with a light touch of fauvism. Anna admires great masters, prominent colorist painters. She does not copy but creatively revises their heritage and creates the canvasses with her individual “handwriting”.
Her creative style is the intense and expressive color. The rave of colors, and, at the same time, their harmony, the symphony of numerous shades. Large, voluminous presentation forms – her canvas are very tangible, they are filled with vital energy and the beauty of the world around.
Her mood is sunny, cheerful, enthusiastic. Anna’s works are always filled with light, air, radiation. This cheerfulness passes over to the spectator.
Her favorite genre is the one related to the nature: trees, plants, seas, rivers in the landscapes, flowers, especially spring and summer ones – in still lifes.

She took up painting professionally when in 2003 she went to Anton Sheretov’s private school in Zaporizhzhia.
Graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts majoring in environmental design in 2009.
