I represent my father - a famous artist who worked in Ukraine as a graphic artist, watercolorist and teacher - Valery Zhavoronkov. Valery Zhavoronkov was born on March 13, 1940 in the village of Mukhsha-Boryshkovetskaya (now Kamyanets-Podilskyi district of Kamyanets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytsky region) in the family of peasants. From 1962 he studied in absentia at the department of printing production (graphs) of the Ukrainian Printing Institute named after Ivan Fedorov in Lviv (now the Ukrainian Academy of Printing). Graduated from the Institute in 1968. Teachers from the specialty - Valentin Buonov, Rostislav Sylvestrov. Since 1967 worked as a teacher of drawing and painting of the Vyzhnytska School of Applied Arts (now Vyzhnytsky College of Applied Arts named after V.Yu.Shkriblyak). He was director (in 1981-1985), deputy director of this educational institution. March 23, 2006 was awarded the title "Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine" - for a significant personal contribution to the development of national culture and art, significant creative achievements and high professionalism. Since 1965 regularly exhibits works on regional, and since 1967 at the republican and All-Union exhibitions. In 1967 Zhavoronkov was awarded the bronze medal of the winner of the All-Ukrainian Contest of Amateur Art. In 1980, Valery Pavlovich's works were presented in Beltsy, Chisinau, Ryazan and Suceava. Died October 2, 2016 (76 years). I own copyrights in my father's paintings.
