Dorota Kmiecik

Dorota is a fine art artist focused mainly on abstract experiments within visual space.
The main focus in her practce is the study of colour, shape and texture relationship as an elements that complement each other to create an open composition of abstract form.

She creates art that is not limited by any rules, showing non-accidental combinations of shapes and colours, and at the same time free in its form that could also be a work of chance.

Her main inspiration for these practice is nature, which manifests itself in a free, disordered and yet perfectly balanced way.

As an artist, she doesn't relay on technician skills and expertise but more on sensibility, experience and growth as a human being. This approach allows her to smuggle in her work a part of unique qualities that comes from inside her.
