Simon Petrosian

Simon Petrosyan was born in a family of painters in 1992 in Armenia, Yerevan. He lived in the atmosphere of art from an early age which wakened up interest towards art, he was interested in sculpture from a very little age and it was 1998 when he first became acquainted with clay. In 2009 he entered the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia, the faculty of sculpture. He participated in numerous exhibitions in different countries as he was a student. In 2014 he got Bachelor’s degree and in 2015, by participating in presidential exhibition, he was awarded for the serries of the best sculptures by the president of the Republic of Armenia. In 2016 he participated in the admission exhibition of Artists’ Union and was elected as a member of Artists’ Union. Since 2016 he has been travelling through different countries examining the impact of modern art on the inner world of a human being. In 2018 he moved to Great Britain.
