Nicole Lamotte

Nicole LaMotte is a Los Angeles based photographer specializing in interiors & travel. An Illinois native, Nicole received her undergraduate degree in photojournalism from Columbia College (Chicago) and later studied commercial photography at The Brooks Institute (Santa Barbara).
Her training and talent have allowed her to shoot for several of the world’s top interior designers and many major publications including Los Angles Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, C Magazine and House Beautiful.
Nicole is also a renowned travel photographer, exploring the world through her lens.  Many of her images are included in corporate collections, as well as in a prominent New York private collection. 
Taking the lesson learned from her father of giving back, Nicole loves to document the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable populations including those in Africa, India and Haiti.
Following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Nicole and a fellow artist established an art therapy program for the devastated children of the region. From there, they staged a fundraiser to benefit the charity Hope2Haiti to aid the orphans in their care.
