Regina Pöhland

Regina Pöhland is an artist from Germany. In 2004, she started painting as an answer of not being understood by her husband and family. Since then, she expressed her feelings and thoughts regularly by transfering them onto her artworks. She took place in many events and exhibitions, but her biggest milestone is certainly the opening of her own gallery in the lovely city Wertheim, on the edge of Bavaria in Germany.
Through this step, she fulfilled her own personal dream of working independently, of teaching her knowledge and of expressing herself through her artworks.
Althought it was (and still is) a hard way to live from this passion, Regina is optimistic about the future and believes, that her wide range of techniques (acrylic, oil, glass-wood-metal, varnish, rust, surfaces and how they are combined with each other) will find their way to various places in this world, where their "energy will shine in a benevolently way".
