Jean Herron is an emerging artist and interior designer practicing in NJ. The part of creative process she loves the most is color. Her “Curvilinear Color Compositions” are studies of the three characteristics of color: hue, tone and saturation. The painting features a distinctive application process using an artist’s squeegee, that has been meticulously developed over two years.
What she finds most appealing about using painting as the method, is having complete control over the execution and the immediacy of the result.
Jean's career as an Interior Designer and her experiences living and traveling internationally have provided her with invaluable exposure to a variety of artistic and color influences, further enriching her formal art and design education.
