Svetlana Shavrina

Svetlana is an Eastern European painter living and creating in London, working mainly with oil and pastel. For more than 20 years, her art has celebrated colourful moments of life, the joy of travel, and the quiet beauty of cozy, peaceful places. Her style blends post-impressionist and postmodern influences, bringing movement, emotion, and subtle storytelling into every piece.

She is also a member of the Artists Trade Union, and her artworks have found homes in private collections around the world — including the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United States, Cyprus, Canada, and beyond. Knowing that her paintings bring warmth, atmosphere, and happiness to people is one of the greatest inspirations behind her work.

Through expressive colour palettes and textured brushwork, she creates artworks that invite viewers into bright, emotional, and memorable spaces filled with character and mood.
