I do not paint ideas.
I paint states of being.
My work is completely instinctive and deeply connected to whatever is happening inside me at the exact moment I begin creating.
There are moments when inspiration takes over completely and I disappear into the process for hours, sometimes creating multiple pieces in one uninterrupted flow, almost as if the work already exists somewhere and I am simply allowing it to come through me.
Then there are periods of silence.
Periods where nothing comes.
Periods where life itself becomes heavier than creation.
I have lived through extremes.
Extraordinary joy, freedom, discovery, movement, beauty, and moments where life felt limitless.
I have also known darkness, addiction, emotional chaos, anxiety, collapse, rebuilding, and the difficult process of constantly learning how to survive different versions of myself.
My work carries all of it.
Every color reflects emotion.
Every mark reflects movement.
Every canvas becomes evidence of a moment I have lived internally.
I am not interested in perfection.
I am interested in truth.
My art is not inspired by my life.
My art is my life.
