Joe Annen a.k.a 'Austriker' is the ellusive street art genious behind the ICCTVU masterpiece. ICCTVU is splashing the world news headlines for its large and daring images of Big Brother watching over the masses and authorities don't like it.

Austriker is a self taught art and design, street artist who propagates his masterpieces the world over.

Street art pieces by Austriker are hard to come by but when he showcases his masterpieces it is usually with his mentor and confidant Professor Timms. Austriker believes art should be liberalised, showcased and sold via social media or online. He has shunned almost all offers to exhibit his works in tradirional art galleries except at Professor Timms'.
