Alison Price

My family moved to the US from a tiny island in the English Channel. I would play in the tidal pools, explore the forests, and very carefully, very, very carefully, walk along the cliffs. Guernsey is still my heart, although now the hearty state of Minnesota is my home.

My love for water, the sea, the stones and rocks, the trees and wildlife, are combined with my passion for travel and history, and somehow, all this tumbles out onto the canvas.

My current series are Purely Textural Map Points, Witnessing Waves, Shifting, Road Trip, and my zero waste project, the tiny Fireflies.

I hope you enjoy my art, and are able to explore a bit of the magic the canvas holds.
