I am an artist.
My name is Olga.
1978 Born in the city of Brest, Belarus
2012 – 2016 Studying at KDIDPIID named after M. Boychuk (monumental painting), Ukraine
Now I live and work in Lvive, Ukraine
I do not portray reality, I portray my attitude towards it. In my works, I am interested in exploring my subconscious, transforming internal processes and experiences into artistic images. And, by complicating them (images), giving banal things non-banal meanings. Each new work is a search for composition, spots, meanings not on sketches and preparatory sketches, but directly on the main plane. The choice of materials, basis, theme, plots is intuitive. And, only, at the final stages, there is a critical and analytical evaluation of the obtained result and the name and content are born. Using techniques of the abstract direction in art, I try to talk about concrete, non-abstract concepts.
