Jeanie Brandt

Jeanie began her career as an interior design after graduating from the University of Georgia. Her art can be found in the homes of private collectors in Georgia, Virginia, California and Hawaii.

The moment she picks up a brush, her feelings about the world in which we live, flow through her mind and are transferred onto her canvas.

It’s a process, the feeling of a moment, a color preparation, a pattern, her acrylics and mixed media filling the canvas, creating the first layer from that momentary feeling, and then, a second layer emerges, and on and on until the canvas speaks to her and says…I feel that moment too.

The use of color & design in Jeanie’s acrylic & mixed media art is colorful, fresh and fun. Her style is what she calls “exploratory.” Trying new techniques with multiple mediums is exciting to her. Her artwork includes abstract, doodle, geometric and abundant flower garden paintings.

Jeanie is originally from Atlanta, Georgia with an Interior Design degree from the University of Georgia.
