Kateryna Komar

I am Kateryna from Ukraine. I was born in 1979 in a small Ukrainian city. In my childhood l spent a lot of time outdoor and had communication with nature. I still remember fields, wildflowers, trees, that impressed me az a child. I was a dreamer in my childhood and l still am.
I came to art when l was 19 years old and since that time, painting is an important part of my life. Painting is one more language for me. It is a special language, using it l can speak with world, with my dreams, with nature also. Nature is my biggest inspirer and teacher, endless source of beauty, energy and inspiration. My art is kind of respect to huge nature force. Painting is a world where l can be in touch with bright colours, beautiful landscapes. I don't have these things during a long Ukrainian winter time. Fortunately l have brushes, paints and a desire to paint. It makes me happy.
