Anja Ignjatović

Hello, my name is Anja.

I’m acrylic and oil painter.

My interest in painting started since I knew myself, so I got in a fine arts high school where I learned the basics for later work. After high school, I went the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, where I also graduated in 2020. The next year, I had my first child and then my pause from art began. Soon after, I had my second child and then it seemed to me that I wouldn't be able to engage in my passion due to large maternal and household responsibilities. But as I began to lose myself in that world, which is known to all mothers, I decided to return to painting and try to make something out of it that we would both enjoy - me and the person who will receive my work, as more as I can.
Currently, I find great joy in painting my children's small hands and feet as a footprint in time that will pass very quickly.
