Christina Thornley

I studied design in the late nineties, and have been working with London architects for the whole of my career, managing their studios and more recently their quality management systems. I have always enjoyed drawing in my spare time, and more recently started drawing favourite parts of London. I like using oil pastels because they give the drawing a rich, textured quality. I also play classical guitar in my spare time and went through a phase a few years ago of producing flyers for London concerts, taking inspiration at the time also from Russian folk painting.
