Mandakini Sharma

I am a self taught artist, married and a mother of 3 year old son. I was born in New Delhi India ,I have done my all studies from Delhi only , got married in 2014 and came to Uk . Since childhood I always had interest in anything creative and colourful be it craft , drawing , painting , pottery I have tried everything. I always keep exploring my creativity side but in this 2020 lockdown pushed me to paint and I am loving it ,it’s like a therapy to me relaxing and give me lot of happiness when I paint.

My all paintings shows my love for colours , they all are very colourful and vibrant . As in India it’s all about colours whether it’s clothing ,art or beautiful temples . For me colours are my main inspiration, most of the times I just sit with my paints, canvas and just start painting .

My most of the work is on canvas , canvas board and sometimes on paper. Acrylics are my most favourite medium .
