Love Grosmane

My name is Love (Lyubov`) Grosmane. I was born in Ukraine where my family roots are from but most of my life I lived in Latvia. Yet life has so many crossroads so a decade ago I was drawn up in England, UK.

As an artist, my passion is capturing beloved pets' unique personalities and characteristics through my highly detailed pet portraits. Using only the highest quality materials, I strive to create pieces that accurately depict each animal's appearance and convey their distinct personalities and spirit. I take great pride in the care and craftsmanship that I put into each piece and I am always striving to improve and evolve as an artist.

I hope that through my art, I can help pet owners not only celebrate the beauty and love that their animals bring into their lives, but also remember and honour them in a meaningful and lasting way.

As a self-taught artist with a passion for drawing, I am continuously seeking opportunities to grow and develop my skills. Prior to pursuing my career as an artist, I gained valuable experience and knowledge through completing a course in graphic and interior design, as well as working at a cartoon studio for several years.

My preferred mediums are colored pencils and pastels, and I have also had experience working with oils. I ensure that all materials used in my work are of professional grade and designed for archival preservation.
