Young Melmoth

Young knew from an early age that her future lay in the sphere of artistic exploration. She decided that creating art was her calling in life after studying a Foundation course in Art and Design at Central Saint Martins in London. This initial experience guided her to fall in love with fine art. Fascinated by animals she encountered in the natural environment, she began to use these for her first painting subjects.
Upon arriving in Paris, and for the past four years, Young has focused on sculpture with clay and contemporary paintings using mixed media including oil paints.
