Azeez Okulaja is a Nigerian contemporary visual artist whose work explores themes of memory, resilience, and identity through deeply personal storytelling, using both Oil and Acrylic.
Working primarily with figurative compositions, he is best known for his ongoing body of work, Lantern Boy—a series inspired by his childhood growing up in Nigeria during a time when access to electricity was limited.
